When I start accounting the reasons why to live in Miami and the South Florida area the # 1 thing that comes into my mind is our wonderful weather and that is just the beginning:
According to the Frank Knight Report Miami ranks # 6 among the top 10 important cities in the world, where the riche and most affluent people of the planet want to live, buy and/invest, and that is a benefit to Miami’s general economic and of South Florida; stimulating the creation of new businesses (to serve the needs of those moving permanently or with temporary residences in the region) and the creation of new jobs. Good for those with and entrepreneurial heart and for those who just simply want a job and all in between.
Miami is the Mecca of Latin America: 1.- There is no other place in the world that gathers pretty much people from all the nations that conform Central and South America: Artists, Architects (better said Startchitects), culinarians, scientists, and all other sorts of talents contributing to Miami’s cultural diversity and flavor. 2. – Port Everglades (Top 10 Busiest U.S Ports) with the most TEU container traffic and unheralded expanding relationships with Latin American Countries. And 3. – Stable financial anchor to the region.
Tourist dollars continue to help the city grow. Everybody want to come here for vacation for multiple reasons: theme parks, unparalleled shopping experience, Art Basel, Art Miami, Miami Beach Boat Show, and It will not stop with the many future attractions like; Museum Park, Miami City Centre, Miami World Center, Genting’s Resort World, Resorts World, American Dream Mall (largest in USA) and all that Miami 2020 plan will bring to the future of the City.
All wrap in the majesty of its natural beauty: On the East Miami Beach, is amazing! And on the West you have the Everglades! When it is winter South Floridians are enjoying the water and the outdoors. Miami is one hour away from the only spot in the U.S.A where you can see the sun set and rise on the Ocean, The Keys. And one of the cleanest air in the nation with the Gulf Stream.
Those are some of the reasons why Miami and South Florida are recipient of Investment that exceeds more than $22 Billion and home of the most luxurious condominiums, advance in technology and featuring world class amenities. To give you a tide bite: Rise at Brickell City Centre, Zaha Hadid 1000 Museum, Paramount World Center, Porsche Design Tower, Residences by Armani, and Fendi Chateau just name a few.
